These bumperettes are a direct fit for 78-91 Chevy and GMC full-size vans. They will also fit the profile of a 92-95/96 bumper, but the mounts will need to be modified.
They show plenty of surface rust, but no structural rot. Rubbers are pretty nice. I did cut the carriage bolt for removal, so you’ll need to hit the hardware store to replace it. These mount by removing your inner, upper bumper mount carriage bolts and replacing with the long-thru bolt from the bumperette.
