Returns and Refunds

Big Rig Beef, Love it or send it back!

We think Big Rig Beef is the best, but if you're unhappy with it, send us an email at returns@hevyhauling.com within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund. 

Upon receipt and inspection of your item, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days back to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for that to reflect in your account.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable.
  • We are not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
  • The package may not make it back to us if dropped off at the wrong carrier.
  • Please be sure to use the pre-paid return label as HEVY HAULING is not responsible for any returned packages that are shipped without the provided pre-paid shipping label.
  • Free returns are for US customers only, International orders may not be returned.

Return policy for non-Big Rig Beef items

If you changed your mind or just don't like it, returns are accepted on unused items within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and will incur a 15% restocking fee deducted from their return total. Please note original shipping fees (if any) are not refundable. Buyer must contact us at returns@hevyhauling.com to initiate the return process as HEVY HAULING is not responsible for any returned packages that have not been authorized via email. Returns are for US customers only, International orders may not be returned.

If you believe that you received an item that differs significantly from what was advertised, please contact us and we'll make it right.

For items from other sellers (Hevy Maker's Market), return policy is at the discretion of the seller and will be noted on the individual product listing.

Handmade items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for refund.

For items damaged in shipment:

We insure every single package that we ship out. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all packing material and email us immediately at returns@hevyhauling.com. The following information/photos will be needed to start your claim with the insurance company:

  • Description of damage
  • Photos of the package from all sides, including all packing material, photo of label, and damage to the package
  • Photos of item, including close ups of any damage

Claims can take up to 2 weeks to process and may need additional information or photos, so please keep all box, contents, and any packing material until the claim is completed. We'll keep you informed with any updates we receive.
