Items will be shipped via economy services. The free shipping option will only be displayed at checkout if the items in your cart add up to $139 before tax and if only qualifying products (Hevy branded merch, vintage floor mats, apparel, license plates and frames, patches, pins, etc.) are in your cart. Items such as flare kits, visors, spoilers, body panels, windows, helmets, custom items from other suppliers, NOS and salvage parts are excluded from the free shipping promotion, and will display regular paid shipping options. If only paid shipping options show at checkout, that means items in your cart do not qualify for the free shipping promotion. Shipping:
Most orders will ship within 1-3 business days. If we've gotta wrestle a bumper, flare kit, windows, or other oversize items, it might take a little more time. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE READ. In most cases we do not charge customs fees or VAT directly. You may be required to pay these when your package enters your country in order for it to be delivered to you. Please double check your shipping address to make sure it is correct and include a phone number before placing your order. Fees and taxes that remain unpaid may result in the package being returned back to us, in which we will refund your order (before shipping) minus a 15% restocking fee.
Important note about oversize shipments
Due to the variance in oversize shipping rates, we've added a new option for a flat deposit on oversize items like flare kits, seats, bumpers, etc. This deposit goes towards your final shipping charge. Once your item is packed and ready for shipment and we get a final rate, we will send you an invoice for the shipping balance. Your item will not ship until the balance is paid. You will be given 14 days from the time of invoice to pay the balance, otherwise your order will be canceled and refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
Due to this back and forth process, this will cause a slight delay in your item shipping. To expedite the process you can select an available carrier rate at checkout and we will refund any shipping overpayment once your item is shipped. Please note, the flat deposit only displays at checkout if the oversize item is the only item in your cart.
