The Hevy Hitter is a custom fabricated, bolt on push bar, bull bar, or grille guard for your 78+ Gvan. Crazy thick, super Hevy duty. Side plates are laser cut from 1/4” steel, crossbars are 2.5” 11ga steel. Currently only offering the XL width (as modeled on the blue van in photos), which is a no-drill/bolt on for 78-91 Chevy and GMC Fullsize vans, as the included hardware replaces your original center bumper hardware. Its also a great fit on 92-95/96 GVan, but requires drilling the bumper (See blue van in photos, the Hevy Hitter mounts outside of the original bumper carriage bolts.
As seen into the last photo, these bars are designed to break down for shipment, so they should travel much more affordably than a full size bull bar. There’s a threaded insert welded into the ends of the crossbars, and countersunk holes in the side plates that accept the included stainless hardware. Stainless carriage bolts/washers/nuts are also included for mounting to your bumper, so you’ll have everything you need in the box besides a drill!
Right now, these are only offered raw/unfinished. You'll need to paint or coat it before you mount it to protect it from rust. I will be trying to add powdercoat options on these asap, you can message for details on that.
Note that these are designed specifically to fit 78 thru 95/96 Chevy and GMC G-Series Vans. Message if you're looking for a different fit, if we get enough interest for other vehicles we may offer them in the future!
