Shipping and Returns
We ship parts on Tuesdays and Fridays. We'll do our absolute best to get your parts out as quick as possible. If we've gotta wrestle a bumper, flare kit, windows, or other oversize items, it might take a little more time.
We care about saving old vans part-by-part, so we take our time and pack for the apocalypse to ensure that these parts get to you safely. Just try to be as patient as possible and we'll do our best to keep you updated. You'll get an email with tracking when your order is on its way!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE READ. In most cases we do not charge customs fees or VAT directly. You will be required to pay these when your package enters the country in order for it to be delivered to you. Please double check your shipping address to make sure it is correct and include a phone number before placing your order. Fees and taxes that remain unpaid may result in the package being returned back to us, in which we will refund your order (before shipping) minus a 15% restocking fee.
Important note about oversize shipments
Due to the variance in oversize shipping rates, we've added a new option for a flat deposit on oversize items like flare kits, seats, bumpers, etc. This deposit goes towards your final shipping charge. Once your item is packed and ready for shipment and we get a final rate, we will send you an invoice for the shipping balance. Your item will not ship until the balance is paid. You will be given 14 days from the time of invoice to pay the balance, otherwise your order will be canceled and refunded minus a 15% restocking fee.
Due to this back and forth process, this will cause a slight delay in your item shipping. To expedite the process you can select an available carrier rate at checkout and we will refund any shipping overpayment once your item is shipped. Please note, the flat deposit only displays at checkout if the oversize item is the only item in your cart.

First off...and I cant stress this enough...THESE ARE USED PARTS FROM AN OLD VAN THAT CRUSHED MANY MANY MILES ON THE ROAD BEFORE IT BECAME A DONOR. THESE ARE NOT NEW OR OLD STOCK UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED. They may have small scratches, dents, or imperfections from their years on a road warrior. We do our best to show these irregularities in photos, but if you need more detailed photos to make your purchase decision, please do not hesitate to ask.
All that being said, we generally do not accept returns unless there's outstanding circumstances where the part differs greatly from that which was advertised. In the case that we do accept a return, the buyer will pay return shipping and we charge an additional 15% restocking fee deducted from the price of the original item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
International orders that are returned due to unpaid customs or taxes will result in a 15% restocking fee.

Items damaged in shipment:
We insure every single package that we ship out. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all packing material and email us immediately at email@example.com. The following information/photos will be needed to start your claim with the insurance company:
- Description of damage
- Photos of the package from all sides, including all packing material, photo of label, and damage to the package
- Photos of item, including close ups of any damage
Claims can take up to 2 weeks to process and may need additional information or photos, so please keep all box, contents, and any packing material until the claim is completed. We'll keep you informed with any updates we receive.
